Reminder to Directorate for grant of GP of Rs 5400 to ASPs completing 4 years of regular service

Subject : Request for grant of Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/- to the ASPs after completion 4 years of regular service in GP of Rs. 4800/-earned under MACP Scheme.

Respected Sir,
            
 I would like to draw your kind attention to this Association’s letter of even number dated 15/6/2013 addressed to Hon’ble Secretary (P) and subsequent reminders dated 16/9/2013, 11/11/2013, 31/1/2014 and 1/3/2014  wherein it was requested to convey the approval of granting of Non Functional Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/- to all the ASPs / PS Gr. B officers effective from the date they have completed 4 years regular service in Grade Pay of Rs. 4800/-, but despite lapse of considerable period neither the above captioned letters acknowledged nor present status of matter reported to this Association. Also refer SR Division letters No. 10-09/2013-SR dated 25/9/2013 & 30th September 2013.

 On behalf of all IP/ASPs it is once again requested to intimate the present status of this vital issue by return of post, as all are eagerly waiting to know the decision taken at Directorate.
