Sub: Deputation of IPs/ASPs for training
during Onam Week -reg:
This
is regarding Smart Phone device training scheduled to be held at PTC Madurai
from 20.8.18 to 25.8.18. It is seen that some of our members are being deputed
to attend the said Session. As the session is covering the Onam period, almost
all the members have expressed their difficulty in attending the Session due to
various personal commitments.
Considering
the importance given by us for celebrating Onam, which is our State festival, I
would be grateful if your good self would cause necessary action for postponing
the Session due to commence on 20.8.18. If postponing the session is not
feasible, kindly exempt our members from attending the said session.
