Item No. 1 to 3: Copy of CGL as on 1.7.2011 is enclosed.
Item No. 4: (a) The details of name and date of retirement of officers in PS Group B and Group A cadre is not available with the CPIO as their service book are maintained by DPA. The information may perhaps be available with DPA.
(b) The name and date of retirement of officers in ASP cadre: Sri. P.J.James: 30.11.2016
Item No. 5: There are two vacancies in IP cadre as on 1.1.2014.
The above reply is published for the information of all members. Scanned copy of the gradation list of IPs as on 1.7.2011 (showing 81 IPs in position) which has been supplied will be put up on the blog soon.
