                   Kindly recollect our discussion had on 9^th June 2015 and also refer this Associations letter of even number dated 10/6/2015 on the above mentioned subject. This Association is holding CWC meeting on 25^th and 26^th July 2015 at Trivandrum and hope that Directorate will hold periodical meeting prior to CWC.          

          It is therefore once again requested to your kind honour to look into the matter personally and arrange for fixing date and time for holding of periodical meeting with this Association at the earliest.
