Why is this order issued in such a hurried and covert manner as if the world is coming to an end and there is no tomorrow...Isn't it an order issued by a central govt office to be released into the public domain... they why the secrecy and the unnecessary hurry in making the officers join the new post on the same day... At least our officers should have shown the spine to say no to such erratic directions and our Divisional Heads ought to have raised objection in relieving them on the same day that too on the basis of telephonic directions... such practices are not in our interest and are to be curbed at the earliest...

I totally agree with the previous comment. What is happening in our Circle. Seniors are overlooked in promotions and their juniors are being promoted. Once SP is now ASP and his OS is now in Group B. Seniors are being posted far off while their juniors are being made to sit in ROs/COs. Experience in respective fields is totally ignored while posting people. RMS man is posted in Postal Divisions while Post office man is given RMS. And the secrecy being shown while implementing orders. For what purpose!!! No information is forthcoming to our members from Staff section. such iron curtains will have to be pulled down.

Iam V.V.Raman Now working as NSH MANAGER KOChi. Last year I was SP of a postal Division. Iam the seior most of ASPs to be considered for ad. GR.B. Astonishingly while I was On technical reversion one order was issued promoting my juniors. Again 5 of my juniors promoted on ad hoc GR.B. I enquired the matter and found that 3 officers of central region who worked not to give me any AD-HOC promotion, because of their very petty egos, vengeance without any reason.I know their weeknesses and why they had done this Total injustice done to me.
