As all of you are aware, Kerala is facing one of its worst ever natural calamity wherein nearly all the districts have been ravaged by raging flood waters. About 5500 relief camps have been opened where nearly 7.5 lakh people have taken refuge. Help is to be provided to those in relief camps and also to those who return to their houses for rebuilding their life.
It is requested to lend a helping hand to our ill fated fellow human beings in whatever way you can either in cash or kind. Primary medicines, woolen clothes, bed sheets, night dresses, children's dress, baby food, sanitary pads, dry fruits, bottled water, mats cleaning items like dettol, bleaching powder, brushes, lotions, mosquito repellents etc are the need of the hour. Materials in kind can be send to Chief PMG, Kerala Circle, Trivandrum 695033. National e biller id No.15017 has been created for remittance of cash which will be used towards the relief and rehabilitation of our PO staff. Cash remittances can also be made to Circle Association Account standing at State Bank of India, Angamaly Branch, (Account No.67256353128; IFSC SBIN0008591). Details of collection points and connecting sections have already been shared in the CHQ groups.
