The next CWC meeting of the Association will be held on 06.03.2009 (Friday) at Hotel Pearl Regency from 1100 hours, which will transact the following business.
1. Discussion on re-organisation of Sub Division. CWC members are requested to discuss with the members of their unit before hand and to come prepared with their views and suggestions. The collective decision of the CWC have to be conveyed to the CHQ.
2. Fixation of the date and venue of the next general body meeting to be convened in the middle of 2009.
3. Any other items to be discussed with the permission of the chair
