It is informed to all members that the 42nd Biennial Circle Conference scheduled to be held on 10th 11th May has been postponed to 24th and 25th May, 2014 due to heavy rain lashing across Kerala. Inconvenience caused to the members is regretted. There will be no change in the venue of the conference. All members are requested to note the change in the date and ensure their presence at the venue on 24th and 25th of May. Co-operation of one and all is earnestly solicited......
